Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at +92 311 6479997 and provide relevant details along with images of the product.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll
    receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original
    purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
    insurance to ensure safe delivery.
