Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at +92 311 6479997 and provide relevant details along with images of the product.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll
receive a gift credit for the value of the return. - If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original
purchaser.
